She has assisted foreign clients in acquiring legal immigration status and setting up businesses including the formation of domestic corporations and the procurement of business & other permits, as well as Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) & Social Security System (SSS) registration. Her practice extends to corporate compliance & governance, corporate disputes and administrative practice in the fields of trade & industry, intellectual property, and real estate.
