Atty. Enriquez Yano has been with the firm since 2008, as a legal assistant, until she became an Associate in 2017 and a Supervising Attorney in 2020.

She also regularly provides general corporate advice, and assists diverse corporate clients from conceptualizing appropriate business structures to registration thereof, as well as providing important insights on corporate governance, housekeeping and compliance in corporation, labor and tax laws.
