Atty. Ismael entered the firm as a paralegal eventually becoming an associate upon passing the bar examinations in 2022. She is also a Registered Nurse having passed the Nursing Licensure Examination in 2013.

She principally handles civil, criminal and labor cases of the firm. She has also assisted clients in registration and setting up of business, overseeing compliance in corporation, labor and tax laws. She also has an acumen for entrepreneurship being a business owner herself.
